Ordering through email (Online payment through Paypal or Bank Transfer)

If you would like to make an online payment through Paypal or Bank Transfer, kindly email your order and confirmation to customerservice@weddingkarren.com.

We will proceed to issue / email you a Paypal invoice and bank transfer details. Once payment is processed and shipped, you will receive email notification with the courier services tracking number.

Cash on Delivery (Only applies for self pick-up)

If you prefer to self pick-up your items from our showroom at Bukit Jalil, we also accept cash on delivery. Please email us your order confirmation as per the format above and we will issue you an official invoice.

Please inform us that you will be paying through Cash on Delivery (COD) method.

Order of Samples
Yes, we ship to you samples at the unit price of the product sample plus shipping and handling fees.

Changes to Order
You may make changes to your order as long as the order has not been processed. We strongly suggest you speak to our customer-service consultant who will try to accommodate your request.
