1. Courier Delivery

We currently ships to 16 states territory of Malaysia & Singapore only. So do keep yourselves updated by subscribing to our newsletter to be informed whether we ship to other countries.

All Wedding Karren orders are delivered during regular business days. We have partnered with the best shipping companies in Malaysia to ensure that your product reaches you on time and in the best conditions.

*Note: If you order multiple items from our site, and one of them consist of Personalized Items. Kindly note that we will only deliver after the personalized items are fully assembled (meaning after your approval upon confirmation of the design which will take 7-10 working days)

2. Self Pick-Up

We do offer Self-Pick Up Options which is FREE at our Showroom located at:
Lot 20-1, Block 5, Jalan Jalil Jaya 6, Jalil Link, Bukit Jalil, 57000, Kuala Lumpur.
Operation Hours: 9.30 a.m. - 5.30 pm. (MON-SAT, excluding Public Holiday)

Other Notes: 

• In some cases, there may be additional delivery charges & we will communicate with you regarding payment prior to order processing. These cases are where:

1. Your delivery location is classified as a remote location by our shipping partners, or
2. The package weight is high resulting in exceedingly higher delivery costs that estimated.

• Sometimes due to back log and busy seasons (e.g Public Holidays), your parcel might take a while to process and also takes longer time for couriers to deliver.

• Our Estimated Time of Delivery (ETA) are those provided by our courier companies and are not a guarantee of delivery times.

• Please be advised that all revisions of address / parcel redirections after order is dispatched are NOT possible. Kindly make sure your delivery address are correct before securing your order at checkout.

• Courier companies are unfortunately not able to deliver at specific times of the day, thus this request is outside of our control.
